Privacy policy
Last updated 5 October 2026 (in-app purchases added)
This policy covers the kudath.com website and games published by Kudath, including Keepbreaker. In short: we collect as little as we can, we never sell data, and our games don't need an account.
What we collect
- No accounts, names or contact details. Our games don't ask you to sign in or give us personal information.
- Server logs. When you visit kudath.com or play a web build, our hosting and Cloudflare (our network provider) record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, time and the page requested. We use these logs only to keep the service running and secure, and keep them for up to 14 days.
- Game progress. Saves, settings, coins, gems and upgrades are stored on your device. They aren't sent to us.
- In-app purchases. Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details. Google tells the app which item you bought and gives it an order reference so the item can be delivered and restored if you reinstall.
- Gameplay statistics (when enabled). Future versions of Keepbreaker may send anonymous gameplay events, such as runs started and battles won or lost, so we can balance the game. These events use a random install ID, not your name, email or advertising ID. You'll be able to turn this off in the game's settings, and this policy will be updated before it ships.
What we don't do
- We don't show ads or use advertising trackers.
- We don't sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Service providers
Cloudflare, Inc. provides our DNS, network protection and content delivery, and may process request data for that purpose under its own privacy policy. Apps downloaded from Google Play are also covered by Google's policies, including Google Payments for purchases.
Your choices
Purchases can be refunded through Google Play under its refund policy. You can delete all game data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it; one-time purchases (such as the coin doubler) are restored when you reinstall. To ask about or delete any data linked to you, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
